The warranty came with the house we bought, we liked it so much that we just kept renewing it. Last year we had a refrigerator break and they sent a repairman who came twice. He couldn't fix it, so Landmark gave us a check to buy a new one. More recently I had a leak in my hot water heater and I called them up. They sent somebody out who said it wasn't repairable, but ended up replacing it within a week.
The house had the warranty when I bought it so I just extended it. I haven't had any troubles so far. I called them when my dishwasher had a problem and they came out and inspected it. There was really nothing wrong with it.
Customer support has been very favorable. I've had to use the service several times, and I got very good service. In my opinion, I think the providers that they pick are very good.
They've been very helpful. They answered the phone on time, and call you back in a timely manner. They're fine through emails as well. Actually, my garage door was not working a couple of months ago. I ended up calling, and they had my garage door company call me the same day. They took care of everything; all I had to do is pay my deductible.
It was chosen for me when I bought my house; it came with it so we just stayed with it. It's been a good experience, I'm glad I bought it. Their customer support has been pretty good. I've used it a couple of times and the only glitch I've had was with the technical support. My account hasn't been working online, but when I call them they've been really responsive.
Everything has been amazing, but the wait time on the phone to report an issue has been no less than 30 min and as long as 50 minutes. Too long. Otherwise a 10 star.
