The warranty was on the house when I bought it, so I just kept it up. Everyone that I've worked with and talked to from Landmark has been wonderful. When my hot water heater went out, they helped me get a new one. I feel like service is great and they do everything in a timely manner.
Our A/C went out during the summer, just when there was heat streaks. Landmark said that the best they could do is get someone out within 5 days, and that's the best they could do. I complained about it, but they would just say sorry. My concern was that if they even tried to do something better. Their customer service was just poor. The realtor offered it to me when I bought the house. So far Landmark has been very quick and efficient. When our water heater broke, we called them and they arranged for a plumber to come and fix it. It's very easy to use the service, and they're very responsive too.
They are very prompt and professional, and they've got the right people to work on our properties. We have 2 air-conditioning unites that went down and they somebody out here to correct the problem. We really appreciate the help, we need it.
I went with them since I liked their coverage options. They have been responsive and I like their follow up. All I gotta do when I need to get something fixed is to put a request online and they send me the number for the contractor. We make an appointment and they just come out and fix my problem. So far I haven't had an instance where they were unable to help us. It has worked out well so far for us.
The claim process is very easy. I just call them or set up a claim online and that's that. The toilet in the master bathroom was leaking, it was slow but I wanted it fixed before it became a bad leak. I pretty much just did that and I got the plumbing done. That was it.
They are not very meticulous.
I went with them since they had a feature that seemed to meet my needs for this property. I have only used it once to get my locks re-keyed and the process was pretty straightforward. Everything went fine with it.
