When I first got it, the person that I spoke to was very informative and explained everything about the process to me. About a week and a half after I took the warranty, my air-conditioning needed some repairs done. They set up for a technician to come and he showed up to do the job. He was wonderful and solved the problem. I had to pay the $65 fee of course, especially after they solved my problem. Usually, as soon as I put in a claim online, or as I call, I'll get a call from our contractors within 12 hours. No more than a half a day. I've used my warranty when my refrigerator went out, and since it couldn't be fixed, Landmark paid out the max amount that they could for my fridge, and I was able to get a fridge right away. Their customer service representatives have always helped me get in contact with the contractors. Also, they've been very responsive and quick. My water heater went out. It was leaking all over the house, and I submitted a claim with the home warranty. They got in touch that same day with a plumbing company. The plumbers came out and it was such a situation that we needed a new water heater. They submitted a claim to the home warranty and the home warranty took care of it; it was no problem. Don't cover high end appliances adequately and don't cover but a token amount on refrigerant

My biggest complain with them is the delay they have between contacting them, getting someone assigned, and getting that person out here to actually do the job. There was an occasion when something went wrong with the breaker box and we had a power outage on our home. We called them to try and get emergency service, but we had to wait for them to actually contact the electrician and go through their whole process. They did a great job with re-keying the house and with the pool plumbing issues. they've also been very supportive, efficient and effective.

They helped me with my claim really quickly, and whenever things don't work out with a contractor, they find another one really quickly. They actually did that for us when our dishwasher just stopped working. We called Landmark and they sent over a technician to look at it. That particular technician didn't work out too well, so we just told them we wanted a different one. Two days later, they sent a different person and everything was settled. They've worked fine for us.
