They have been very friendly so far. We had an issue with our water heater, it was leaking from the bottom, so we contacted Landmark. They were able to get in contact with All State Plumbing so that they could do the fixing. Landmark called me to let me know how the setup would be, and how much the cost out of pocket would be. I've only had to use it to re-key my condo and it worked smoothly.
They were okay, I mean, I called them and they responded with an automated system at first. I was really tired, but my wife convinced me of giving it another try, so I did and someone picked up. That delay is a really bad sign for emergencies and such. For instance, one of my appliances was leaking and the water was spreading over the bathroom, so I tried to contact them. We've only had to use it once, and they were prompt and had somebody out here quickly. The issue was taken care of promptly.

They where friendly when I called, and did everything they could for me.
they've always treated me fairly, and were very professional. They contacted the appropriate people to come out and fix the problem. If something wasn't quite right with the technician or the job itself, Landmark's customer support was more than willing to step up and correct the problem. They just treat their customer well, and overall, I think They're a good company. They do what they say They're going to do.
Customer service is great and always helpful. Every time I call they are always there to help me with as much as I need. They get somebody out here as fast as they can. They came and helped us when the AC compressor went out. The warranty itself is good, cheap, and it covers a lot. In general our experience has been very positive.
It came with the house at first and we decided to keep it for the last 5 years. We've been very happy with the service. There's always somebody there to answer the phone, they are quick in getting the information of the contractors, and they always try their best to please us. Just last month we had some annual maintenance done to our furnace. I just called them on a Friday and they had a person come on Monday and bingo! They were here on time.
