I've used them a couple of times in 2 years and they've been good. You call them and they take care of it right away. The next day they sent somebody out and it's all taken care of. Overall, they're pretty efficient on the phone and take care of business right away.
It has been very good. They call and set up the appointments and they guys just comes. They have to call back to Landmark to make sure that the repairs are covered, but that's it. The service is good.
All of our experiences have been positive so far. I had the ice maker on my refrigerator go out once and I called them up. They set me up with a repair company and they came by and did the work. It was done in less than half an hour and it's worked fine since.
I had a plumbing issue, and although their customer support was okay, their nearest technician was 150 miles away. We were really disappointed because that's just not acceptable. They had me wait for 7 days to get my pipe fixed. They need to have local technicians instead of having them half a state away.
I went with them since I was not pleased with the warranty service I had before them. They have been very prompt and I don't have to wait forever to get a hold of them. They also do a good job of lining up the service people so that they come out quickly. Recently I had them come to fix out my refrigerator and I also had a water faucet outside that I was sure they would cover. So I just called them and asked them to recommend me a plumber. The pilot on our water heater went out, so we used our warranty for that. They took care of it really quickly, and the company that they used was great. I have a limited experience with them, but so far, it's been really good.
I've only had it a month but it has been good. I needed to use it and they took care of what needed fixing. They did it all in a timely manner and very professionally.
My experience with them has been 100% positive. Our air-conditioner went down one time and Landmark promptly sent a technician out to repair it.
They have been really responsive and helpful. When our water heater went out it took them a couple of minutes to figure out what was wrong. We eventually had it replaced and even though it took a little while they ended up covering everything for us. So far the only thing they haven't covered was our furnace, but that's not a big deal. Everything else they do cover.
