They don't respond right away, even though they say they will. We actually had a problem with our humidifier, and I called them to see if it was covered. After confirming it was, I explained what the problem was, and they had a guy come out and fix it. Unfortunately, the guy didn't know anything about that particular item, and I still had to pay $60 dollars for him to come over. Did not replace my HVAC system. All you service men told me a 25 year old HVAC system need to replaced.
I needed to replace our furnace because the day after I moved in, it burned up. They wouldn't cover it, so I just had to get the furnace replaced myself. They just wouldn't do that.
I just looked at the reviews, and that was one of the companies that have okay reviews, so I picked them. The first couple of times everything was okay, until actually 3 weeks go it just went downhill. I needed to use it when my AC ran out, and I called landmark, and it just seems that they just don't really care. They worked with this one contractor, and I never got a phone call, either from the contractor or the home warranty company. Dishonest service representation, terrible customer service, problematic warranty claims
Too many exclusions on coverage. Also, issue with poor customer service with a couple of contractors.
Confusing to have so many representatives. Never know who to call. The contractors have not been great. Once, we found out two weeks later that the contractor that was hired doesn't even service our brand of microwave. Doesn't seem like it should have taken that long to figure out (our microwave still isn't fixed two months later).
