Our father spent the last eight days of his life at Fairfield - we were very grateful for the compassionate and professional care that he received. All the staff were friendly and kind, which we really appreciated at a difficult time.

Mum has only been here five weeks, and the care has been amazing. Mum is now back in the human race. Mum is flourishing, nothing too much trouble, and the staff lovely. They have all looked after me too!

I spoke with client privately in her room. Staff were very respectful of our private conversation. I met with managers to view care plan and daily logs. They were extremely professional and very helpful with all my questions.

Two weeks respite were fantastic and I really had a great time, wonderful care home and staff. Food was fresh and delicious. I look forward to my next visit. Thanks everybody. Good team building with other residents made good friends.

This is the third time my brother has been for respite at Baycroft Fairfield Care Home. Each time the staff have shown care and concern, friendliness and support, both for my brother and myself. The kindness is always there. The food is very good and cups of tea when I bring my brother back to Fairfield after taking him out are very welcomed. My brother's room is very clean with everything he needs. All in all, a very pleasant experience. I would like my brother to live permanently at Fairfield in due course.

This was a difficult time for me but there was a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Management and staff were attentive and caring. Heartfelt thanks for my time of respite care.
