I want to discuss the behavior f one of their medical affiliates.. Their is no way to to communicate with them. only with the affiliate. I have had discussion with the affiliate that are not useful or helpful and against general medical practice. I want a policy definition or discussion. I went to get tested for flu and strep and assumed that my insurance would cover most of the cost since I knew an uninsured family member had to pay $150 for the same service. Instead, they billed my insurance $145 and charged my card $250 without ever sending a bill or notice. I tried asking them why it costs so much more if you are insured than if you aren’t and contact attempts went unanswered. Went in with a sore throat, was confirmed strep throat. Was given a script and told if it wasn't been in a week or so to come back for a stronger medication. Came back, as instructed, got a stronger medication and was charged for another visit. After numerous calls was told too bad, so sad, you still owe us $125. I do not leave reviews on anything. I would say I have left 4 reviews in my life. This Fast Pace was impressively awful. I came in on 2/16/24 for a pretty routine workup for possible strep/sinus infection and my goodness what a time. My appointment was set for 2:06pm I arrived at that exact time and paid my copay at 2:08 (per my receipt). I sat in the lobby for an hour and five minutes waiting to go back. I arrived in the back at 3:15 PM and the nurse took vitals and swabbed for COVID, Strep, and the Flu. She left at 3:20PM.... read more
