Alert! Based on my last experience of 8 Jan 2024 in McMinnville, Tn, parents/grandparents be aware of what medications and based on what symptoms FP is prescribing. If your child has certain allergies to med that FP has documentation, do not just rely on it. If the ********Pharmacist had not intervened and asked questions from FP, my grandson would have had a med that could have caused a major problem for him. Ask the provider what your child is getting, in what form, and for what (please): 1- patient was diagnosed with the ... read more

From the moment Ms J***** walked in (Jasper Tn office) she was unprofessional. My name is ****** and I’m a 51 year old female which was clearly listed on my paperwork. Ms J***** acted as if I was not the person listed on the chart. She diagnosed me with strep and an upper respiratory infection. She spoke quickly and gave lists of over the counter meds I could take. She wanted to write me a prescription for amoxicillin. She reused to listen to my concerns about having amoxicillin in my home due to my children being highly all... read more

I need to have blood work done every three months in order to continue with prescriptions for blood pressure medication. Tried to select appt time online on Saturday Dec 16th and the website did not have that as an option. The message displayed said: “No reserved time slots available. No worries. You can still walk in and be seen” So I went in to the Southaven office and they told me “We’re not taking walk ins today. Come back tomorrow” The next day, Sunday Dec 17th, I tried again to reserve a slot online. Same thing happene... read more

Had an appointment today at Fast Pace in Biloxi MS. Looking for a new PCP as mine is not practicing anymore. I also needed some papers filled out for my ESA. The Nurse practitioner came in the room holding the papers and asked why I was there very rudely. I started to explain to her that I had a PCP and that’s all I could say when she yelled at me and threw the papers on the desk saying then go to her. I told her if you would have let me finish what I was saying I would tell you she is no longer practicing. She told me she d... read more

I developed a painful UTI on Sunday. Fast Pace opened at 1:00. I looked on line and found pre signing in was not available, that I should "walk in." I waited in the parking lot for 45 minutes for them to open. When the doors were unlocked, I was the third to come in and the second person at the check in window. The clerk said they were full up and I could not be seen. She said the reason was they only had one doctor. Fast Pace was full before any one walked in. Appointments were definitely the thing.

We have been to Fast Pace multiple times. Our insurance is through **** and the co-pay is always $0. On the last visit we were charged $150. ****couldn't explain why and blamed Fast Pace. Fast Pace couldn't explain why and blamed ****. I have sent emails, and made phone calls. Their phone system is awful and you have to hold for very long periods of time. Customer service is rude and unhelpful. Lady that "helped" us never followed up or sent the documents we requested. I have showed proof of past 4 claims that were IDENTICAL... read more

Had a visit in September and paid $40 copay. On Thanksgiving my card was charged $210. The office told me they have no control over it. The billing is done offsite and autopays whatever insurance doesn't cover. They never sent me a bill and couldn't provide a receipt. I asked to take my card off file and they said it is now that the specific visit it paid for. I don't understand how they can legally do this without my consent. Telling everyone I know to avoid this business.

This is the second time I used this place. I should have used my common sense and went with my gut the second time. They charged me my copay of $25 for urgent care through ****** **********. Then they withdrew $235 from my debit card for a COVID test.
