BUYER BE WARE! they charge $306.00 for a 5 minute visit with a nurse practitioner. They do not have doctors only nurse practitioners. I went in to get a prescription for a sinus infection. I was literally not in the room for more than 5 minutes! They also sent me a text telling me they were going to charge my credit card for $250 when they had not even sent me a bill yet! Husband had a minor workplace injury. Went to the brand new Fast Pace in Enterprise Al. The girl who was trying to do the breathalyzer for alcohol could not get it to work so she goes up front and gets another girl who also tried to get it to 0 out. After several minutes and tries to get machine to work they ask him to come outside and maybe it would work. So he goes and finally they tell him to blow into machine and we know now it was a 0.075. I originally went to the Dyersburg, TN location on December 9th for a severe ear infection. After 10 days of antibiotics I still had the ear infection so I called and they told me they would talk to the NP and call me back. She never called me back, I was working a lot and it was the holidays. On the 3rd of January I returned and was told it had been too long for a follow up and I would need to pay in full for the visit. You call the number for customer service for billing for DAYS on end and NO ONE picks up or call you back. How are we suppose to get information about our accounts when you have no one picking up the calls??????
Husband went for work drug screen and told them he didn't have a lot of time to wait because he was working, and would have to leave if they couldn't do the drug screen within 15 minutes, and would come back if they couldn't do it. People in the waiting room were throwing up, coughing, there was throw up on the floor, and after 15 minutes my husband had to leave to go back to work. I’ve called multiple times, they only called back once and of course left a voicemail. I tried calling back and I left another voicemail but still haven’t heard from them. They charged me $395 and they didn’t even bill my insurance! This will be the third time they haven’t billed my insurance. I’m not sure what else to do but to complain.
Alert! Based on my last experience of 8 Jan 2024 in McMinnville, Tn, parents/grandparents be aware of what medications and based on what symptoms FP is prescribing. If your child has certain allergies to med that FP has documentation, do not just rely on it. From the moment Ms J***** walked in (Jasper Tn office) she was unprofessional. My name is ****** and I’m a 51 year old female which was clearly listed on my paperwork. I need to have blood work done every three months in order to continue with prescriptions for blood pressure medication. Tried to select appt time online on Saturday Dec 16th and the website did not have that as an option. The message displayed said: “No reserved time slots available. No worries. You can still walk in and be seen” So I went in to the Southaven office and they told me “We’re not taking walk ins today.
