The staff were very polite, especially in comparison to Sisters of Mercy Urgent Care. They were happy to help. This is extremely important in this field; and even more so with the first individuals that you meet upon arrival.

I was very pleased with my visit to FastMed. I was on vacation and they took care of my problem and even followed up after I returned home. Everyone was as nice as could be. Great, clean facility.

FastMed is very professional and courteous organization. We needed a school physical same day, and they provided top notch service. We received "Excellent" fast and friendly service, and they are very affordable! Would definitely use them going forward!!!!

Staff is efficient, friendly, and they know their stuff. I felt comfortable enough to open up with them about my situation/ailment (nothing sordid, I swear). They are understanding and listen. I did not have to wait long. Whoever has the most critical symptoms goes first- just like any other medical facility. There is a small waiting area for kids, they do general family care, and they give flu shots. My husband went in August of 2014 and he was there for a sore throat, which is no biggie, so he had to wait. He has never com... read more

Like most urgent care providers or ER's, FastMed isn't very fast, but it's clean and the staff is friendly. There's a great coffee shop next door too, with free WiFi.

Wonderful, caring staff. All the nurses are amazing. Best care I've ever received! PA Taylor Fischer was attentive and more thorough than any primary care doctor I've seen. I would love for this facility to offer primary services.

I want to give a special thank you to all the staff at FastMed Urgent Care. I was feeling so bad and my sister was getting married the next day. I had terrible food poisoning and felt horrible. The staff got me checked in fast and to the back within minutes. I want to give a special thank you to nurse Hannah, and Taylor (PA) for being so sweet to me. Came in on a Saturday with two broken fingers. I was in and out in about 90 minutes which is pretty good considering paperwork, xrays, and such. Nice staff, clean facilities.

Clean facility, nice staff who get stuff right the first time and short wait time. Hopefully I don't need to be here too often but if I need medicine right now this is the place to go.
