So I'm gonna give praise where it's due I booked an appointment at 40 42 Fastmed online filled out all their forms uploaded my medical card and prepaid. The co-pay online walked in the door at 10:02 for a 10 o'clock appointment. I have already been seen prescribe medication for swimmers ear and left at 10:35 talk about efficient and everyone was incredibly friendly and professional good job Fastmed 4042. Kimberly Marin

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! I came from a different location for a DOT physical, had a already peed and filled out all paper work and was told they didn't have a physician certified.. Came here to millbrook, Meghan (team lead) got me in with a couple of people already waiting, in and out in 30 mins tops! Easy to along and explained everything i needed to me! COME HERE!

As I was walking in there was a disgruntled woman who was yelling and cursing at staff I must say Jamie handled the situation in a very professional manner. I made appointment same day. Took about a hour to be seen however I made the appointment same day so I understood. However, for vagina samples you do them yourself which was very weird to me. That's the only negatives. Made my appointment Tuesday morning for that same day at 2:15pm. I arrived at 2:15pm & was out by 3pm. Very friendly and fast staff. Definitely recommend

Came in on a Sunday morning for a preemployment drug screen. The waiting area was completely empty at 9 am and check in time with all the paperwork was only 10 mins. The waiting area was clean and tidy and they had a really good movie playing on the lobby tv. Highly recommend to come in during the weekend as opposed to weekdays.

Amazing front desk staff. They were kind and helpful and explained everything we needed to know. The nurse who took us back was also kind and warned us apologetically about the discomfort of the COVID test (she was right!) Maggie, our PA, was wonderful. She took her time chatting with us. We felt like valued patients.

Had to bring my child in on July 4th. I was worried about a long wait and Coronavirus protocol. The experience from start to finish was AMAZING. The man on the phone was polite and friendly. Check in was fast and easy. They offered us water bottles, which I thought was a nice extra. No appointment slots were available but they "squeezed" us in because my young child was sick and in pain. All of the staff were very pleasant and helpful and I was very pleased with the service they gave. The issue I had was with how long it took. I went through the whole process of checking in online beforehand and filling out the paperwork before arriving so that I could get in and out quickly. When I arrived a few minutes before my scheduled time, I was told that there would be an hour to an hour and a half wait.
