I have had great experiences at other FastMed Urgent Care facilities so when I needed a quick appointment near work and saw this location had availability, I was thrilled! However, once I arrived, I was terribly upset with the level of care received. "Open 365" except Labor Day, apparently. Defeats the purpose of urgent care if they're unexpectedly closed for the day.

I made appointment on Saturday for Sunday at 8:45 AM. I received an email confirmation on Saturday for my appointment. Arrived at 8 AM and place look closed. After about 15 minutes I found a side door propped open and knocked. Someone came to the door and I asked her whether they were open and she said no due to lack of workers. I told her I had an 8:45 appointment and she said they had no one to check me in. She said they might open later. I use FastMed all the time. This is hands down the worst experience I have ever had at one. Had an 11:15am appointment it's now 1:05pm and I still haven't been seen. A nurse literally opened the door and said "oh you're still here?". They spent about 15 seconds actually looking at my injury

My wife had a fall and injured her hand and bumped her head. She was in pain mostly from her hand and we went to this location on October 25 at approximately 5 o'clock in the afternoon. The lady on the desk told us that she could not be seen because we did not have an appointment; that we could be seen the next morning at 9 AM. Had I known my wife was going to fall before she fell I would have made an appointment but the sign out front which read urgent care suggested that they would take us because we had an immediate need.... read more

Beware! The website said I could set my appointment. Set for 10:15am. Showed up at 10:12 and was told that my appt. was "just to get my name on the list" and there was a minimum of a 1 hour wait ahead of me. What?? Why tell people to set an appt.? The desk person was unsympathetic and indifferent to the stressful situation and the facility- looking old and badly maintained-was jammed with people. Avoid this place and find someplace better.

The woman at the front desk was very sweet and helpful. i did wait for about an hour, but that wasn't the distasteful part of this. The nurse on the other hand was obviously not happy to be there. In exact words said "you've had this for a month and decide to come in right before i get to go home" it was 7:30pm i said "i've been here since 6" this woman had an attitude the whole time. I understand we are in Covid and things can take longer than normal. However, that does not justify being RUDE to a customer. You can at least make an attempt to apologize for inconveniences.

Zero stars. I had a Covid test on November 16th. I registered with Lab Corp to await my results. I still do not have results 13 days later. I visited the East Millbrook location in Raleigh, NC. My husband got a covid test at the Creedmoor location and had a result in 2 days. We both used FastMed with very different results.
