I've been to this location several times and each time I have received top notch care from the entire staff! They are honest about any wait times and efficient when they exist. I would recommend to anyone needing an urgent care.

I took my son here, after a brief hesitation. The only hesitation is that I knew the location used to be a bank. Other than that, if I didn't know I would have gone there instantly. I took my son last night to find out if he broke his finger during a soccer game. I was met by Marleen, and and she was very nice and welcoming. I've been here twice in the past few months, once for a piece of metal in my foot and once after a crack on the head from falling on ice, and both times I felt received professional, attentive care. Fun fact: I can't get a tetanus booster because I'm allergic (as I discovered years ago, after getting a shot), and this dramatically decreases the number of treatment options on the table if one is potentially exposed to tetanus. I went there this morning and was greeted very nicely by the receptionist. She was polite and friendly. Same goes for the PA Renee and the doctor. I found the service good, quick and the premises immaculately clean. I would recommend to others in need of an urgent care.

I went in on Wednesday and was greeted promptly. paper work was handled quickly and efficiently. within 10 minutes I was taken back and within 5 minutes the doctor saw me. explained what was happening to my ear, what he was doing for me. everyone was friendly smiled and efficient. I will go again should the need arise. kevin t.

I made my first visit to a FastMed clinic today, located at the corner of Millbrook and Falls of Neuse Rd, in Raleigh, NC. I was the first one in the door, so I do not know how things work later in a day, but i was so impressed with everything about my visit. Also saw Joy, Laura and Robert when I went in this morning. Zero wait (at 10:45 on Sunday, not a huge surprise), and the staff were all pleasant, kind, concerned, professional, and gentle with my injury. They also took my BCBS insurance no problem, which I know some urgent care places don't. Overall, I'm not planning on going anywhere else in the future. The interior was nice and clean and I really couldn't have been happier with the service.

Okay so honestly, I had a really great experience with the E MILLBROOK RD location! The staff is friendly. Joy, Laura, and Robert really helped me out today. I will not be going to other Urgent Cares in the future. They are conveniently located right across the street from me. If it wasn't for my Insurance provider BCBS, I know I probably would have been seen sooner. But even so, I got there a little before 9am, and its now 11:15am I'm home and I have been to the pharmacy and everything. Keep up the good work guys and gals!!... read more
