Brought my son in for a school physical. Used the online appointment reservation and that worked great. We were seen on time. Waiting room was very clean. The front desk was very friendly and explained the visit well. The tech did a decent job with the previsit information and vitals. The NP performed a decent exam and completed the paperwork. Yes, there is sometimes a long wait, but that's to be expected at any urgent care. I went in early (around 9:30) on a Tuesday morning and had to wait maybe 5-10 minutes. I've definitely waited longer than that in the past, but they've always taken great care of my husband and me. The front desk gal was really nice and willing to help when I didn't have my insurance card on me. I was seen by Dr. LeRon Jackson and she was extremely nice and patient with me. Very impressed with the nurse and PA. They had a kind and positive attitude and did not make me feel rushed, despite it being a little after closing by the time I was finished. They answered all my questions, treated me, and I was feeling better within a couple of days. I've deducted one star because of the wait and to "keep it real." -But my estimation is, if you plan to wait an hour and bring an app to stay occupied, you'll be pleasantly surprised by how fast they see you. Definitely beats having to go and wait at an ER.

My daughter and I had a fabulous experience with the receptionist, nurse and PA this weekend. She was seen quickly (even as a new patient), got exactly what she needed for her sinus infection and conjunctivitis, and we were on our way in less than one hour. My daughter is now very healthy thanks to PA Clayton and your staff. I thank you very much!

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!!! Took my teenage daughter there on a sunday for a high fever and cough. Our timing was not good so we had to wait for about an hour (NOT THEIR FAULT AT ALL JUST BAD TIMING ON OUR PART) - Every person we talked with was very very nice, thorough and sympathetic. Got an insect bite that became became very red, swollen, and warm to the touch. Had a pharmacist look at it and she suggested I seek medical attention. She recommended FastMed on Falls of Neuse.. My doctor's office had no appointments available, so I went to FastMed. The place looked clean to me--waiting room and exam room. Lady at the front desk was very polite and seemed efficient. While thankfully we only visit about 2-3 times a year, we are always grateful for the thorough care, kind customer service, and remarkable attention we receive from the medical team at this location. We especially want to recognize Lindsey and Nicole for their wonderful attention to our family today. Both ladies were remarkable in their care for our son today. This is my second time at this FastMed. The first time was for a non-health issue (contact lens tore as I was taking it out, and I was unable to capture the remaining half). This time my congestion and sinus infection, treated a week ago by my doctor, had turned into what I suspected from the discomfort was an ear infection. I was right.
