I am extremely disappointed with our experience at FastMed. We went early one morning because my wife was not feeling well. When we arrived, there was no one at the front desk. After a short wait, the receptionist came out while continuing a conversation with someone in the back. From the start, it felt like she was doing her job with minimal care or attention toward us. First off please change the name to SLOW MED. there is absolutely nothing fast about this place. Then the nurse calls me back and says "what's up with you today" ma'am what??!!! Can you say hello or anything. Then she takes my blood pressure 2 times I tell her it's wrong it has never been high she says I'll do it again later and proceeds to document the high number. I set an online appt and was called by the office immediately. They wanted me to come in now since I fell and stated I think I might have broken ribs. It was 2pm and they close at 4, per the young lady that called. I informed them it would be at least 30 mins. They called back again telling me that the PA on duty felt I should go to the ER as an X-ray may not show if ribs are broken. Mentioned again that they close at 4. A shithole of epic proportions. Seems like a scam to be honest. 20 people there for workplace comp "injuries" all were prioritized ahead of me even though I was bleeding profusely. Almost had the vibe of a "pill mill" where people go to get OxyContin. A true shit basket. I wound up going to AFC then care down the road after waiting an hour at fastmed and was seen quickly and the waiting room was 10x cleaner.
Have used them multiple times in past, with no real issues...But last time, was an utter joke of negligence..Scheduled online, arrived on time, then waited more than 30 mins after being called to be seen..With air conditioner so low it was frigid in there..I'm on oxygen and informed them I had limited time..Was ignored and still had to wait and wait and wait..Finally gave up and left.,.Cannot return there and have already found another provider..Plus, they claimed they accept what insurance pays WITHOUT asking for co-pays..T... read more
My office experience with FastMed/Millbrook bordered on comparison to a third world location. They were so low on staff that the provider was running around like a chicken with her head cut off. She only addressed 1 issue, I was very sick with Covid and spin-off infections so I had to have an UA plus other infections. The bathroom was filthy and looked like it had NEVER been cleaned. Don't bother wasting your time at this urgent care! I made an appt for 5:30 , only to be getting to a room at 6:22. I have less than 30 mins to go to the pharmacy to grab my daughters MUCH NEEDED meds before they close due to the slowness of this clinic and its staff ! Had I known that I would be waiting as long as I did then I would have chosen a different clinic to go to ! I will NEVER return to this one !

Very understaffed. Slow processing times. Appointment was made a day in advance and took more than an hour to be seen. Would not recommend.
