I went to the Clayton NC office onSept 7th for Covid testing and was told that results would be back in 3-5 days .. As of today September 16th.. I still have not received results... I have called several times to only be told it's taking longer than normal... but everywhere else is getting results in 24-48 hours... I have left several messages for office manger to call me ... with no return call... This is really disappointing.. I've had to stay out of work for over a week now.. feeling fine... waiting on results... I see ho... read more

Absolutely worst place. Don't bother checking in for a time online. You will still have to wait an hour or more to be seen - despite being on time and not very crowded waiting room. The staff is fine but moves at the pace of molasses. Save yourself time and sanity and go to another location.

The lady up front was very nice and helpful. I was able to get in timely and was able to check in online. The doctor, however, (Dr. Anderson) was very unprofessional and condescending. I went in for back pain and after talking in circles for ten minutes, asked me how I wanted to treat myself. He made me feel like I was drug seeking, making a point to say he never takes medicine himself. I can't put into words how uncomfortable he made me feel. There are a lot of urgent care facilities in our area, so I highly recommend going to another one. I went in today and the PA essentially refused to see me. He immediately walked in the exam room and before even discussing my symptoms or complaints he said: "you need pain management. I can't help you." Completely unconcerned about the fact that I was very short of breath and in pain. Wouldn't even listen to me. Walked me out and said, "give this lady her money back." Yes. I wish I were an elite yelper so this would hold more clout. I have a primary care physician, but he wasn't able to see me until this afternoon. So, I decided to give this whole FastMed thing a try. I chose the first time available at this when checking in online and did the paperwork prior to arriving. Rename this place to slowmed. It took over 45 minutes to check in and another 45 to be seen by the one doctor on site. Go somewhere else if you want to be seen quickly.

Overall good experience. The wait was around 45 minutes. I was in no rush and no one should be at an Urgent Care or Emergency Room. The employees were friendly and considerate. If I have to visit an urgent care I would return. I just received the billing statement and it was wrong. They didn't bill the insurance so I had to call 3 separate times just to get a hold of customer service to find out what was going on. I left 1 voicemail and called back two other times and on the third attempt I was able to speak to a live person... read more

After a bad fall on Saturday morning, my husband took me to this FastMed about 10 am. The attendant quickly checked us in and collected payment but thereafter seemed preoccupied with catching up on paperwork and preparing examination rooms for patients who hadn't yet materialized. Despite my fairly extreme pain, I waited 90 minutes to have xrays of my wrist taken. First off, this clinic on Millbrook Road in Raleigh is not "fast." As a matter of fact, there were only 2 people in front of me yet I was there almost 2 hours. The clinical assistant, Evan, was nice but "the provider" had a very flat affect and seemed uninterested, did not even manipulate my foot (which is why I came in) and did not bother to introduce herself.
