After two visits and several hours they said the passenger side seatbelt retractor was fixed. Its early locking issue was resolved. Except it was not only NOT fixed, but now the seatbelt is totally locked in the retracted position. So, of course, the warning bell will not stop if someone sits in the passenger seat. So back again to have them redo the repair. They have now lost a customer for ever! Okay, here's the final chapter, hopefully the seatbelt story. Bought my dial 500L back in December 2014 went in today February 28th 2015 to have my first oil change and to get a recall fixed....made my appointment two weeks ago. I pull up a young guy greets me I say I'm Hereford my oil change and to get the recall fixed...I here a guy talk very (loud who I later find out that he's the service manager) say "you need an appointment for that" I replied with "I did" from then on it was horrible...when I made the appointment the lady said we would see about a rental I asked the service man... read more

Buying he car was a ok experience the service department for fiat is horrid. If you make an appointment don't expect them to see you right way. And I dropped my car off for an oil change and some little things it was not done for a week and they would not give me a loaner when it was a manufacturer defect. I will never buy a fiat or anything from air park jeep again.

I love the deal that I got with my Fiat. The sales team is absolutely great. However, I don't have many positive things to say regarding the maintenance department. I ended up with last years model at the time of purchase for a great price and I love my car. However, I have had to get work done twice now and EVERY time I have gone it has been a complete disaster. I'm beyond irritated and disappointed with the service at this Fiat location. I took my car in Friday afternoon after calling twice for roadside assistance and getting my car jumpstarted, the second time which i drove to this location for service. When I arrived there was absolutely no one in sight in the service area, and i could understand it was closed it was 5:00 something, but nonetheless no one from inside the building came out to explain this or to ask if anything was needed. 0 stars if I could do that. Fiat service at Airpark Scottsdale service is HORRIBLE. They do not even know what the warranty covers. They are scammers, liars, skeemers. The fiat warranty is 4 years/50K miles which ever comes first. AND IT COVERS EVERYTHING EXCEPT TIRES. IF IT IS PUT ON THE CAR WHEN BUILT..IT IS COVERED. TIRES ONLY EXCLUSION. They want to call items "accessories"...they want to charge you for items that are under warranty. This place is horrible!! I wish I could give zero stars. The service here is so bad that I want to trade my fiat back in so I don't have to deal with these people anymore. They are never on time and they never do what they say they're going to do. I came in three days before my appointment to reserve a rental car and when I came in for my appointment they said there were no rental cars left and that I would have to wait around for one. Fiat of Scottsdale is a waste of time. By the time I got there the car that was of interest was already sold and they were still having me test drive it. Then Ian Stone shows another car that's out if my price range-and I clearly laid down that it couldn't go above my max amount. He still has me test drive the car while he "works" on the numbers. Very disappointed with the service here. They do everything in their power to get you to buy then once you're sold it's as if they put your needs at the bottom and focus on their next sale. Here's just a few of the issues we had with their staff: 1 - Messed up our address on original lease and required us to fill out forms all over again in less than 24 hours.
