If it is possible to give this company a -1 star I would. I went in there with my friend, and we looked at purchasing a car. We were told a final price, and when all things were said and done, we were told another price. Basically, a bait and switch. The management decided they didn't want to fix this problem, and I couldn't believe how this was handled. Maybe at some shady place without a roof, this would happen... But not a "high end" dealership in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Can I give a minus 10? First of all, I bought my Fiat there. Took back a few times for oil changes because I got three free with the sale. Then, I started going to Jiffy Lube. Their technicians are another whole story; I guess they don't work on Fiats much. The first time, they left off the air filter cover and I had to return to get it. NEVER USE THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!!! Absolute horrible service!!! They take advantage of women and minorities! Asked for a basic oil change when I came to pick up my car they had done so many extra things without approval and totally unnecessary! Needles to say a "basic" oil change cost me $130!!! Such a RIP OFF!!! Fred Nielsen was completely cold, and said some very harsh things to me and my young son!! Please do yourself a favor and go to another Fiat dealer!! So here we go again.... This dealer is beyond a joke.... New contract signed after being sold a lemon and I get my bill in the mail.... Stating the original monthly price!! Seriously??! Get it together idiots.. You don't even deserve a star.... AWFUL

Didn't purchase a vehicle. Very poor communication. I had to reach to them 5 times throughout the day about the condition of the car and lowest price possible. finally, on the last email, I was told that the Internet price was final. You could have told me that after my first email or during the live chat! Nothing on their website stated about Internet prices were firm. Wasted my time.

I purchased a car and when I left the dealership the check engine light came on. I was told it was because the engine was sprayed during detailing and it would go out. My car has been at a BMW dealer now for 2 days because of the check engine light. When I followed up the salesman disclosed a problem with the light before I came in. Pretty shady.

Sales department was OK when I purchased the car. The service department is the worst service department I have ever been to. I purchased my Abarth last November and I purchased a 40k mile oil change plan at that time. I drive a lot and I didn't want to be bothered with changing the oil. I brought it in on a Saturday, early this year, for its first oil change and tire rotation. Mind you, I had already lowered the car and put an intake on it. Absolutely blown away by the incredible service my husband and I received when buying our gorgeous Fiat 500x. Some helpful tips for Fiat of Scottsdale: 1-If I hand you a document with a guaranteed price from USAA's car buying service that your dealership agreed to and it's lower than what you expected, don't look visibly disappointed. 2-Read the entire document. It also states the doc fees the dealership agreed to. I'm not paying $300 more than that. 3-Don't look visibly disappointed when I'm pointing this out to you. 4-Don't charge me for the tint you charged the original owner for.
