So I called their service dept. to make an appointment and the lady I spoke to was unable to tell me the price for an oil change. They transfered me to someone else, got a voice mail and left a message and waited . . . Since I never got a call back I went straight to the dealer to have the car serviced. Got there and waited for about 8 minutes for someone just to attend me. . . So far not impressed !!

Mr Nielsen, I want to thank you for taking such good care of my daughter recently when she brought her Fiat 500 in for oil change. You were kind enough to be certain she not only had oil change service but got fluid maintenance kits as well ( oil conditioner and fuel cleaner ) at a cost of $ 43.89. I was about to sign for a 2015, when out of nowhere they said they wouldn't sell me the car unless I went with their financing. This is despite the fact that my credit union offered a rate of 2.25, while they offered 5.25! They are sleezy, take your business elsewhere! Horrible service, strong arm tactics and an unprofessional demeanor are a few phrases that come to mind when I think of Fiat of Scottsdale.
BEWARE OF THIS DEALER SHIP This was the worst car deal I have ever dealt with, before the car paper work was even done I was told to leave a review I said ok when I get home I will, then I was asked if I had a smart phone I said yes,the guy told me to do it right there i did not .They also told me they would get me a second key for my 2014 fiat Abarth at there cost since they did not have two keys for the car they never did, then my paper tag they gave me went up i had to wait a week before they actually got my plates so i... read more

Horrible horrible customer service!!!! If you have to deal with a guy named OZzy , run. He doesn't know how to multi task and gets easily stressed and gets into a panic mode. He won't give you straight answers, my Cadillac sale was rush. They delivered it to my house and took my trade in vehicle , but they had to use my personalized plate to drive back. It's been almost a year and FINALLY the seat to my car has been fixed. IF you buy/take your new vehicle in for service, be sure to look it over with a fine tooth comb! A slice in the leather of my brand new Abarth took the dealership almost a full year to correct. They also dented/scratched my brand new car. NEVER again! Called to confirm that a 2010 Equinox was still available. The person I spoke to confirmed that it was available and said he would have someone bring it around front. Drove 45 minutes just to be told that it was sold the previous day. The sales manager Ian didn't seem to care one bit about the inconvenience that was caused. Very unprofessional and a waste of time.
Just bought a car from Christopher Nasralla and had a pleasurable and great experience. I love my new convertible 500Pop! I would highly recommend working with Chris. He's a straight shooter, hard working and really gave me exactly what we wanted. Btw when you buy from Fiat they invite you to family Italian style dinners and on the weekends they have fun promotions. I'm a fan !
