Just purchased our 2nd Fiat from here and we couldn't be happier! Our sales guy Wade was excellent! Friendly, helpful, on top of things and very accommodating! The sales manager was great too! They had everything all done and set for me when I arrived! We are so happy with our cars and when its ready to trade up this is the only Fiat dealership we will go to! I purchased a Fiat 500 POP basic model a year ago, and it is still going strong. It's fun to drive, quite zippy on the highway and holds more cargo than one would expect from such a small vehicle. The salespeople here at Fiat of Scottsdale have never been anything but friendly and helpful. The service department is excellent as well, as I have brought the Fiat in several times for a free oil change and renewing the paint protection (also free, as it's included in the warranty). Wow! What more can I say. Brought my wife to the dealership, Scottsdale in particular due to the professionalism when speaking over the phone. Expected to get a striped down, 199.00 sign and drive lease. Hoped for a good offer on our trade, did our homework and was set to go. Arrived at our scheduled time and were treated like royalty the entire visit. My wife spotted a 500 Sport, yellow, very sharp (and more expensive). Responding to Mary V-it took contacting Berkshire Hathaway to get a response from Brian. I'm not sure what the deal is with him. I met with him and he was very nice. Then he went silent. I then contacted him again and he said he'd look into my issue and then he went silent again. Then I contacted Berkshire Hathaway and he didn't respond to me or them. do not ever buy a warranty from this dealer . I bought one years ago, and when my car died, the warranty company bought out my warranty. The warranty company mailed my check (made out to me) to this dealer. After 3 months the check is still nowhere to be found. The dealer claimed they'd look for it, but have ghosted me since making that promise. Now a second check is going to be sent but who knows what will happen to that one? Will it be "lost in the mail"? 7 months ago, still no explanation or apology, oh BUT, FIAT of North Scottsdale does take the time to closely examine my posts looking for any little loophole reason to remove my fact based reviews on these folks... The experience I had with this company was without question the worst customer experience I have ever had. I took my car in due to it not starting and was sold a battery, despite me advising them that my battery was fine. One day after I took the car home, the next day, it would not start. Obviously not the battery. They did take the battery back and refund the money. Next they told me a service bulletin from 2015 referenced the problem. Bought a car from them in early 2020.. and got the upsell on the MOPAR service plan.. which is supposed to cover regular PM service appts. Every visit has been like having a tooth extracted from having to chase down the advisor for updates, to having them replace the odometer and miskey the mileage setting. Even something as simple as resetting the service light on the console required a return visit after driving away. But, I endure it since.. pre-paid service. Except now... can't seem to book online (that's broken).... read more

The sales and service here are a nightmare to deal with. They hit my credit over and over to get me financed and when I secured my own financing suddenly, they were able to get the interest rate I wanted. During the weeks they strung me around on pricing, they put 200 more miles on my new car. They high pressured me into an extended warranty and told me I can cancel it if I change my mind.
