We took my fiat 500 there for a diagnosis since my Carnot turn on and say hill start unavailable and gas line disconnected. Jon from the service department said everything was fine and the car turned on and we took it home. Literally the next day the Engine wouldn't turn on and all of the dash lights were on. I wouldn't recommend this place at all

This will be very brief. We had to get our Romero serviced. The dealership had our vehicle for two full days. We were told that our car would be washed prior to us taking it home. The Very minimum of our customer expectation from a dealership especially during this COVID-19 is that our car would be returned to us Washed anyways. The very minimum. The kindness plus, the cashier on our initial visit was pleasant and gave us water.

I invite these men to join the 21st century where no means no. We spoke to Chris via phone and he could not be more friendly or accommodating. We hung up saying this is the kind of dealership we want to do business with. We discussed our Covid concerns and he more than assured us they keep their customers safe as a priority. Well....not so much. As soon as we entered the dealership we had to immediately back away from contact, at least 3 times, they still didn't respect our boundaries. Service department is terrible. Horrible customer service. And don't bother making an appointment, made one 2 months in advance and then was told I'd have to wait 4 hours. I'll never go back to this dealer or service dept.

Undoubtedly, the worst automobile dealer I have ever dealt with. They advertised a 'Promotion' of a two thousand dollar discount on a new Fiat 500. In a nutshell, the Red, Fiat 500 MANUAL SHIFT, would qualify if I was disabled. Ha, disabled and driving off in a car with Manual Shift. Fortunately, this was to be a 'spare, around town car' not a necessity, and funny, but time wasting, in retrospect. This, made more so because the 'salesman' became excited when I drove in and parked my Jaguar. Pass on this loser agency.

Its been about 2 weeks. I contacted the Fiat dealership Via car guru. I sent an offer on a Nissan Rouge they had in add. ( $17,700?) I offered $15,000 out the door including all taxes, fees etc. I received an e mail from Chris Nasralla , In his E mail he said " we have the vehicle in stock and the numbers you are looking for sound feasible, when can you come in?" Customer service IS NOT this dealerships top priority, so don't believe their reply's to bad reviews. The arrogance of some of the management is laughable. I would not recommend this dealership. Looking at the $90K Alfa QUADRIFOGLIO in the showroom, I was not impressed. There was so many scratches and the craftsmanship was horrible at that price. First impressions are everything and they definitely didn't gain a future customer.

Pretty lame to drive 45mins to look at a car and the car that was supposed to be ready was no where to be found. The sales lady blamed the help; valet guys were being talked to rudely (in front of us) because she didn't know where the car was during the event. After the bull-Ish, we go inside to talk and Chris the sales manager decides to throw his arrogance around and not only tell me I have to buy from him, but he thought it would be cute to throw his Safeway Food and Drug Store coupon bit in the mix. Unfortunately they contribute to the stereo type that plagues used car sales people and they help perpetuate the stereo type that they try to manipulate people thinking they are too stupid to notice
