I had a terrible experience. I bought a car, a platinum coverage plan, and a car maintenance plan. I have only had my car serviced where I purchased the car 4 years ago. My warranty just ended and now all of these problems just days after the warranty has ended have come up at my last oil change. All of these items would of been covered. I only have had my car serviced at one place and I feel these problems were building and I should of been notified that there could be an issue, I was told nothing. I am so disappointed in the warranty. I have serviced my car only where I have purchased my car and used only the car maintenance plan and never the extended warranty. I was never told about the battery that could of been covered or all of the items I am reading about now. I also had a passenger air bag light that has been going on and off since I purchased the vehicle 4 years ago, this light is still on and now I’m told by another mechanic that it could mean none of my airbags work. RIPOFF! Purchased from dealer 2011 supercharged chevy avalanche less than 5000 miles later need new engine and new differential. claim denied due to supercharger being aftermarket. I bought from certified dealer and never altered anything. claim#09952808A. See you in court! Buyer Beware.

Dont buy an extended warranty from fidelity. Save team money you would spend on their stupid warranty and you could probably fix whatever goes wrong with your car with that money. Then you don't have to worry about them not covering it. Which is what's going to happen.

Nothing but a run around ...trying to avoid paying the claim on a seized engine have had shop tear it down not once but now twice & still nothing!! worst warranty ever!!

I work at a car dealership and work with multiple extended warranty companies. I DO NOT recommend this company to anyone. They have no interest in helping the customer and no interest in working with the dealership. I have spent over a month on a claim less than $50. There was not communication unless I initiated it.

The service is probably fine, but I do not like that I have to go through the dealership to cancel. First the dealership failed to send in the form. Now I have wasted over 10 weeks waiting on a cancelation/ refund. I'll never sign up for anything again that doesn't have online chat or email customer service that can accommodate people with jobs. This run-a-round is an intentional effort to make it hard to cancel.

Terrible warranty plan, doesn’t cover anything. Had to pay out of my own pocket more than 3 times. My plan clearly states payments would stop after 18 months, yet they continue to take my money without informing me.
