It was a rough start for us, But it was because of the timing of the repair and the inspector. Once Shawn Reached out to us, he made thing move so must better. I was impressed and I would say the warranty is worth every penny. Thank you Shawn.

Dealer does not recognize policy and continues to charge me for oil changes. I paid $5000 for policies.

My wife and I are out of town on a furneral, and the inspector has not shown up yet, its been over 24 hours and we are stuck out of state. Very unhappy with they process.

I Call 04/17/2020 talked to Nicholas hernando told me to email to him on 4/17/20 and 6/2/20 -6/15/20-6/29/20-7/2/20 call left a massage 7/8/20 AM never returned my call

Refund of Cancelled Contract: I bought a used car at Hertz Carsale Scottsdale dealership in Nov 2019, and was pushed by the salesman to buy an extended guarantee together with car care service provided by Fadility Warantty Service Inc (FWS). Then, I canceled both contracts in Dec 2019 and was confirmed by the FWS that the cancellation had been approved. But I haven't received a refund yet after 5 months. I am waiting for a response and appropriate processing.

It's been Almost a Year since I bought the Car and the Extra warranty....I have yet to get ANY Confirmation that I even exist or purchased the plan, (no card , paper work OR Anything except a number on my car contract). I hope the rest of My Experience isn't like this first year.

I am not happy with the service contract I have because they would not pay for air conditioner condenser in my car. so I will never buy another contract from them
