I purchased a new 2009 Smart Brabus and also the Platinum Warranty from Fidelity. The warranty guaranteed that if at the end of 6 years I had not had a claim then the entire amount of $1895 minus a $50 processing fee would be returned to me. After my 6 year period and no claims, I filed for the return of my $1845 fee. Without delay, the company sent me a check today for that amount. I couldn't be more satisfied with Widelity Warranty Service. They replaced front strut bushings and a short block motor in my 2008 Hyundai Sonata. My total cost , $100 deductible. Work was done at my local Hyundai dealer. I didn't even have to deal with them, my Hyundai service writer took care of everything.
