I'm one who values customer service and Fidelity Warranty Services did not get the job done. I had an issue and called them three times, asked to speak with a supervisor on all three occasions, and a supervisor would not come to the phone on any of the occasions. No human decency.

This coverage was not offered to me it was added and the cost was not disclosed. The dealership in question even went as far to misrepresent the basis of this coverage. When I asked the direct question "Is this the manufacturers warranty?" without any further explanation the answer was "Yes".

I have tried for 2 and a half years to get my refund for a tire I purchased and nothing. I called and you people asked me to mail my info to you, I did and called about 10 days later and you people said did not receive, it probably went next door and sometimes that happens. 2 years is a very long time to wait for a refund. I was stupid to send you the originals so they are gone. I will make sure that social media knows not to get fidelity warranty services as you do not produce a refund and you just take money. Absolutely TERRRIBLE service. Phone #'s for CS are NEVER answered. Auto Attendant options do not work. You can reach nobody ever. DO NOT BUY extended warranty "lifestyle products" from this company. They will find many ways to say that your issue is not covered by the protection level you bought. TOTAL SCAM!

Purchased Wheels/Tires hazard insurance thru Mazda dealership. Hit a misplaced cement barrier on a road in a parking lot, of course it's not covered because a road in a parking lot is not considered a road. Are you for real? Don't purchase this insurance is a total rip off.

Very disappointing in this warranty program so far. After purchasing what I was told was a solid warranty I find that there are more items excluded than included. Be sure to read all the fine print.

Good luck when you have to file a claim. They will find a way to not pay it. They're very shrewd and smart I will give them that. I ran over a bunch of nails, got 3 flat tires, and they told me I had to leave my car at the shop for 2 days for an inspector to come out and inspect. How will I go to work? Not their problem. The guy said and I quote "take a taxi." If you fix it and drive your car home before the inspector gets there we will not cover the claim. Absolutely genius. Hello, we(3 people) have cancelled our warranty service and its been 3 months we did not receive the refund check yet. We are reaching out to our dealer and they repeatedly saying that checks will be issued by FWS to lienholder. But that never happened as we are calling lienholder(Huntington bank) almost everyday. We contacted several times FWS customer service as well and we get response that dealer is responsible for issuing the checks. we cancelled the wrap service and our dealer keeps saying we will get a check from the fidelity services but its been 3 months. I did not receive a check and my car dealer keeps saying you need to talk to fidelity services. I am not sure whom to contact.
