Just the beginning to making a claim and when I called the company phone number I was stuck listening to about 10 SPECIAL OFFERS only to be told to hang up the phone. This is completely ridiculous that I can't reach a person. CHANGE YOUR PHONE NUMBER TO A CORRECT ONE!!!!!

Claim Denied because I have an advertisement on back of my vehicle. They said it was being used commercially. It is just an advertisement. Anything to get out of paying. I'd give them a ZERO is it was available.

Procured the car care service plan on January 11th. Still have not received the booklet. Have called multiply times. they keep telling me they will reprint but it never arrives. Customer service not that helpful. They say they cannot call the printing company to tell me what the problem is.

I bought the gold warranty and was told when i paid for it that it would cover radiator/ cooling etc. When my radiator broke down they said that the gold warranty is split into 2 parts and i would need gold + !!! Nobody said anything about gold plus? Not the brochures that look so nice, not the sales people. So now i'm out 1250 dollars when i though i was covered. I feel very mislead and all your promotional material is also very miss-leading (including on your very own website, nowhere does it state you need gold +!

The worst service I have ever had! I was stuck on the side of the road and unable to get my car to the shop and no money. These people told me I had to pay for everything out of pocket and they "MIGHT" reimburse me. This policy is a joke! I'm very upset with the whole situation. We paid a lot of money to make sure we had coverage when needed and the time I needed it I couldn't get any help.

So far the "gold" package has not covered anything on my vehicle to include the anti-lock brakes, seat heater, Onstar anntena. So beyond being lied to by the dealer I bought the overage through I'm not sure why I hav a warranty that doesn't seem to cove anything.

I purchased a new Honda Pilot in March, 2017 and I purchased all possible coverage from Honda dealership. I was told by the finance manager that Fidelity is being excepted by all Honda dealerships in the nation, WRONG!!! and I learn that in a hard way:))) I moved to a new area and my local Honda dealer told me that Fidelity is not covering my tire rotation, WHAT??? `Fidelity replaced my transmission with a rebuilt aftermarket transmission that blew less than 500 after it was installed,,, Fidelity then sent another rebuilt transmission to replace the faulty rebuilt one that blew.. My mechanic notified me that my transmission lines were blown, probably due to the faulty transmission blowing, but fidelity is not paying for repair because it is not a covered part. The lady who I spoke with was not even into helping me at all I am so tired of paying for service and having to wait to get payed back and the last time I payed for service same service I have received every time and they were like we don’t pay for that fee it was a oil change that is all oil change so I said it is the same service as last time and all the times before so they only payed a fraction of the bill and sending the bill in to wait to get payed back is a pain in the tail This time I had to call to get the address ... read more
