Has been a great warranty to have, has helped out with much in the time I've had my Jeep. only thing I dislike is how hard it is to figure out if it is covered or not through the dealership not sure if that's the dealerships problem or if it's the warranty problem but other than that the warranty helped out a lot just the people giving the claim for the warranty coverage don't seem to know what they're doing.
Service was easy which is a plus. Everything was amazing.

I paid $ 2300 for my 6yr 100k mike plan on a brand new Buick escort Dec 2013. Car currently has 80k miles and engine failed due to lifters. Unfortunate but Fidelity covered it 100%. Very satisfied customer ð???

I give them an A+. Took care of it very fast. Transmission they put in was great. No better warranty service around.

I had purchased a Tire and Wheel Protection plan for my 2017 Chevrolet Camaro through the dealership at the time of sale. Car was brand new and I drive about 90+ miles each day to and from work. The roads where I drive also are known to have pot holes. It was $20 more a month and the finance manager was able to discount that to $10. $0 deductible, and I was covered for unlimited miles for 3 years at $5,000 max. I understand and research companies before getting my extended warranty and I came to find all have lots of negative reviews. I will tell you my experience with receipts to back up my last claim. I have had 2 warranties with Fidelity. My first on a 2002 camry. It needed 2000 in repairs and my deductible was on $50. Jim S. My review is very positive. I purchased a new 2011 Toyota Avalon in May of 2010 for my wife. The F&I person at the dealership offered a warranty that covered the auto "bumper to bumper" for a period of 7 years or 100,000 miles. The cost for the warranty was just over $1,800.00. This was my first time filing a claim with Fidelity Warranty Services, but I can't even say what a pleasure it was dealing with them. Well, in all honesty I made one call and the rest of the communication was between the repair shop and Fidelity. I was facing a bill over $1,000 and in the end Fidelity did exactly what they promised and paid the majority of the bill. What a relief since I do not have $1000 on hand for those repairs!!
