Idk of there was just alot of people but the guys cooking our food burned it. And it wasnt great

The waiter was incredibly rude and dismissive to our group. We would be talking to him and he would just walk away. He only had to get out drinks, we got our food and yet he did not deserve the 18% gratuity but he knew he was getting it so he did not even try

I feel the chicken and beef chunk containers should be in the front and not the back as you have to lean under the glass too far for it. Also, the co trainers for it are quite small and should be larger. Busy the time u fill up your bowl anyway not much chicken or beef will be put in the bowl anyway so your not gonna lose money. Rude cook - ruined entire experience. First time & last time. Not clean and not kid friendly at all.

We had resevations and still waited 40 min before we could sit. Food area dirty we asked for a quieter atea and they said no only area was on front of dj speakers.

Our waitress only checked on us 2 times during our 3 hours and came with the bill and disappeared. I finally chased her down after looking for her for about 20 minutes. I asked for coffee refills and didn't get any until I went to the bar. I was over charged for my 3 year old granddaughter which should have been free.

There was a girl at the front with red hair when I arrived , then we were seated in the outdoor dining- I immediately started to have flies swarming around me I asked to speak with someone to be moved. The red head came out and said sorry inaked to be moved she said no the inside is already taken I said it’s too many flies her response was “ you chose outdoor dining “ I said so I have to pay a few hundred dollars to eat with flies and she just shrugged her shoulders and walked away - I said I am leaving she was like ok. Serious issue with the service last night. We were seated nicely, but my order was not recorded right, drinks were overly salty and was remade 2x because it wasn’t right. Food was good and kitchen staff were excellent. However our waitress Courtney clearly disregarded our family and we even noted we were celebrating a 6th birthday all together… no recognition.
