This place is not what it used to be. It could use some attention from management.
The waitress was slow. Drinks took over 20 minutes to get. Arrived at 8pm for reservation and the place was almost empty and the cooks were just relaxing as if you weren't standing there with food. Got our 2nd round 5 minutes till close so we ate what we could and one person had half their plate left so they added it to the fries we just got. The waitress freaked out. The entire experience wasn't great from start to finish. We came in and at the host stand were greeted with "can i help you?" in a very aggressive tone. I told him we had a reservation and he asked me the name then, then proceeded to walk away from me without another word. Very odd. He came back about 10 minutes later and showed us to our table. On the first round our food was burnt. I had spinach that looked like black goo on my plate. There were to many orders on the grill and not enough cooks, plus the grill was way too high. I saw one of the cooks turn it down. Server charged us for 15 but only had 13 people in our group. Server forgot to make my daughter’s drink, and never refilled our water. Didn't like how flavors were limited by sauces instead of build your own more usual in Mongolian bbq
Terrible customer service. Got there for our reservation and they proceeded to forget about us. No one at front desk to ask after we had checked in. Rude and abrupt when asked. Ended up leaving.
Our waitress never came to ask if we needed anything, including refilling our water. She came at the very beginning and then never saw her again. We had to go to the front counter to ask for someone to get us our bill. Very dissatisfied with the service. The food was very delicious and a wonderful variety.

Waiter was not attentive and charged us wrong and wasn’t able to fix the issue with out having to call two more employees for assistance.
