Went for Mothers Day brunch/lunch. All the other places that we wanted to go was packed with long wait times and we didnt plan ahead. So instead of waiting 1.5 hours or more we looked for another place. Fire + Ice had immediate seating. That should have been a red flag right there. Booked a table and got there. I am convinced now that the people that come here either didnt know and expected more (like me) or are Disney tourists from the middle of no where and really never had good food before and this is their idea of good f... read more

The staff is beyond rude, guy in the front needs to work in a different industry, waiter was non present! I would love to speak to owner that’s how bad everyone was, food was what you expect Make your own meal based on likes and needs. But staff makes it black listed to never have desire to come again

Would never go on a Saturday night again waitress was friendly

We had a reservation at 5 pm and didn’t get seated until 5:30 pm. The two hostess girls were rude and did not know what they were doing!! The manager was not much help either. We finally got seated because an employee found us a table outside that was stable and wobbling!! It’s unfortunate because the last time we were there it very good!! Fix your tables outside please!!

We made reservations and realized we weren’t going to make it on time so we called to let them know that we were going to be late and we were able to get a later reservation with no problem. Upon arriving at the restaurant, we immediately noticed that it was freezing in the restaurant and commented about how cold it was and the hostess that greeted us agreed. Service was poor understaffed, made reservations still took 1/2 hr to be seated requested outside was seated inside when requested outside was told we would need to wait longer hence the understaffed, cooks were seating people.

Our food was fair due to the cook over cooking our food and i think it was because he was the only one cooking and he wasn't very pleasant. Also, the wait for our food was so long that our drinks got watered down and were not enjoyable. Our server was pleasant and accomodating. I was really disappointed becuase it was my husband's birthday and we really enjoying going to Fire & ice.

This like my six time going to fire and ice and this time was a little different. I get the 6 or more thing where they will add the extra 18% on your bill, but this time I felt that was uncall for due to the fact it was self serve. We had to serve ourselves then take it to the cook so they can cook our food. This is the chef’s job to cook for a lot of people not just including our, but just in general.
