Won't be going back. Food was mediocre, at best. Not a big enough selection for the $25 price. The wait for the grill was quite long so ened up just going back for a second trip to the salad bar. You only have a 2 hour time linit, which was barely enough time for 2 rounds at the grill. We went over our time limit ended up paying for parking (gave our ticket stub for the free 2 hours but they must have forgotten to validate). Was hard to get any service. When we did ask, waitress lacked communication and had not checked in with our table at all, however we were charged an 18% gratuity that was added to our bill. Also, with the time that it took to get our food in line, our party did not have the opportunity to eat together. We sat I'm a very busy traffic area and when asked if we could move, she just replied no when there were many open tables. For what we paid.and the level of service, we will not be going back.
Good concept of a restaurant but not organized at all . Line was way too long to even get food after being seated and then when you did get to the buffet they were out of so many items.
The worst brunch ever, they didn’t even have bread, there was more than 15 people waiting on the bar for their omelette. They serve on dirty plates. Don’t go there unless you wanna have a bad experience!!
This wasn't what we expected. Limited drink menu and food was a buffet style with center cook island. All service people were very nice, but it just wasn't what we expected. My fault for not checking further, I guess.
We went on a Saturday evening for a birthday party. The staff, except for the chefs, were not friendly. The ambience is like a loud school cafeteria. Would not go back ever.
I don’t like they did not check us in right because, this could of caused me a late fee that I would of had to pay because the gentleman that checked us in did not put we went when indeed we did.
Took friends here for a treat for a birthday. The website and reviews make it seem great. Staff was aloof to rude, food was mediocre, other guests were rude and rowdy. I can understand others celebrating, but there is no need to be intrusive on others. Staff completely ignored other customers more than impolite behavior. In fact, it did not seem like a single staff member enjoyed their job.
Server was rude and not helpful, didn’t apply my birthday dinner and wouldn’t validate our parking
