I would have liked to have more distance between other dinners . Also they need bigger trash cans to put used plastic gloves into - saw a servicer use her hands to pick them off the floor and stuff them back into trash can and then she delivered food plates out to tables without washing/sanitizing her hands One cook was really loud singing parts of the music which was playing while we are trying to eat in peace. Been wanting to try Fire and Ice for a while now but thought it was a lot more then just a Mongolian bbq place. Yeah they also serve burgers, hot dogs, and other kinds of pasta but it’s all cooked on a Mongolian grill. Not sure what the ice part of the restaurant is supposed to be? Maybe the alcohol. Was definitely not as nice as I had hoped for. Food was ok, service was terrible as far as our waiter. Will definitely not be going back. Just limited on options for New Years Eve Day.

My husband was really excited to bring me after having visited the one in Rhode island but I just wasn't impressed. Im pregnant and sick so i don't eat much and i thought there would be way more options than there was. My mom didn't like the cheese sauce on her nachos she felt like they were cheaply made gas station nachos. Not a place for business meals. For some unknown reason, the air conditioning was turned off, resulting in a very uncomfortable temperature. The restaurant format is that you pick items from a buffet, and then wait standing by a round open ‘kitchen’ where 2 guys cook your items on a hot surface. Made reservations to celebrate my parents anniversary. The hostess told us to let her know when the half the party was there. When we did, she let us know the table is being set up. It was a cold and windy day and it was sprinkling. She told us our table outside was ready. We were the only table set up outside, and the heat lamps were being “warmed up”. Our reservation for seven (7) was confirmed via Open Table, upon arrival we were told that there were no tables available. The restaurant countered with a booth plus a couple chairs for seven adult males, or we could sit outside. Incredibly poor management!!!

Fair service from our waitresses, although one of them tried to not return our change from our bill! Poor service and attitude from one of the cooks. Food was over cooked several times. Options were good but I left unsatisfied and I probably won’t go back to Fire and Ice.
