Good concept of a restaurant but not organized at all . Line was way too long to even get food after being seated and then when you did get to the buffet they were out of so many items.

The worst brunch ever, they didn’t even have bread, there was more than 15 people waiting on the bar for their omelette. They serve on dirty plates. Don’t go there unless you wanna have a bad experience!!

This wasn't what we expected. Limited drink menu and food was a buffet style with center cook island. All service people were very nice, but it just wasn't what we expected. My fault for not checking further, I guess.

We went on a Saturday evening for a birthday party. The staff, except for the chefs, were not friendly. The ambience is like a loud school cafeteria. Would not go back ever.
I don’t like they did not check us in right because, this could of caused me a late fee that I would of had to pay because the gentleman that checked us in did not put we went when indeed we did.

Took friends here for a treat for a birthday. The website and reviews make it seem great. Staff was aloof to rude, food was mediocre, other guests were rude and rowdy. I can understand others celebrating, but there is no need to be intrusive on others. Staff completely ignored other customers more than impolite behavior. In fact, it did not seem like a single staff member enjoyed their job.

Server was rude and not helpful, didn’t apply my birthday dinner and wouldn’t validate our parking

Customer service was horrible and food made us sick
It was "Mommy/Daughter Date Night" for us. The food was REALLY DELICIOUS. However, from the manager on down, they were NOT wearing masks. The manager had the personality of a ROCK. He wasn't engaging at all AND took an extensive phone call prior to seating us. He initially escorted us to seating other than was requested via our reservation; as he continued to appeared to be completely disinterested in customer service.
