The manager was very rude, coming to our table saying “someone wants to talk to me?” After the host wanted my cousin to put her infant baby in a chair or a high chair instead of tuck her stroller with the baby in the corner.. we’ve been to this place twice and they did not validate my parking after they said they did, multiple people at the table told the server we had a birthday and they went to every table and sang except for ours. Busy, tables were not cleaned properly, cooks were rude and would yell at you where to go. No clear understanding where the fire line started. Waitress was annoyed and overworked. Just not at all the fun and friendly environment I experienced from the Lake Tahoe location. Definitely will not revisit the Anaheim location
Our party was late and I spoke to a staff member when they called to confirm the reservation. They never mentioned that 90% of the party had to be there for us to be seated instead they said that us being late was okay. It was for my birthday and when we walked in the manager made a comment about how he could have cancelled our reservation after making me read their rules. Upon entering the hostess was preoccupied talking with another employee. We had to say something to get her attention. Told her our name and she was very rude. The server took her time to arrive at the table. The food was average nothing to brag about. Went for the experience of the restaurant. The cooks were rude and I don’t know how they kept a job. Super rude! The bathroom was absolutely dirty. It need to be checked. We didn’t stay for seconds. Paid our bill and left.
Not what we expected at all, relative to the buffet-like thing
We decided to give this restaurant a second chance after eight years. We were honestly more disappointed this time than last; even given last time the entire party got sick after eating there. From the start, the hostess was rude upon our arrival. The server was quite nice and was attentive, but it did not make up for the subpar food and experience upon arrival. Safe to say, we will never be back.
Won't be going back. Food was mediocre, at best. Not a big enough selection for the $25 price. The wait for the grill was quite long so ened up just going back for a second trip to the salad bar. You only have a 2 hour time linit, which was barely enough time for 2 rounds at the grill. Was hard to get any service. When we did ask, waitress lacked communication and had not checked in with our table at all, however we were charged an 18% gratuity that was added to our bill. Also, with the time that it took to get our food in line, our party did not have the opportunity to eat together. We sat I'm a very busy traffic area and when asked if we could move, she just replied no when there were many open tables. For what we paid.and the level of service, we will not be going back.
