Overall our experience was ok. It was heavily packed with people. The tables barely had enough room to move. Very cramped. The food was ok. Because of the amount of people. I believe the cooks rushed through cooking the food. Potatoes were hard. Meat not completely cooked through. Etc. the waitresses busted their arses. Kudos go to them for their hustle with trying to keep up with the large crowd. I would recommend any first timers to this location go on a night when it isn’t as busy as Friday night was.
The reservation is terrible for small parties on friday and Saturday you still wait 15 plus minutes at least and I had my grandson with me 5yrs old standing for more then 25mins with a reservation that I made online and called it in also
Booked reservation and still had to wait an hour to be seated. Very bad for business. I will not be coming here again.
This restaurant was loud and chaotic. Food from others peoples meals got into my food and my familys' food dues to the communal cooking method. y daughter with celiac disease was very uncomfortable and barely ate anything because cross contamination at the raw food buffets was prevalent.
Staff was not pleasant. Waitress seemed annoyed at group of nine. Did not ask us about refills, etc.
My daughter had her Sweet Sixteen Birthday Party and they truly enjoyed themselves. Their Waitress was fantastic! However, my husband and I sat at the bar and the service was horrible. The two women were slow, unfriendly and down right rude. The couple that sat beside me asked" what does it take to get a drink"? I would not recommend to anyone they sit at the bar, but I would recommend the upstairs dining room.
Very disappointed. First of all, it was extremely loud and way too crowded. It is clear the goal of the restaurant is to feed as many people as possible regardless of how that diminished our own experience. The food was below average. Our server Anderson was cheerful enough but he didn't point out the menu of suggestions and I didn't notice it until too late. I had a group of high school kids and they had no idea how to put together a palatable meal. Most of them ate very little of their creations as a result. Then after we ... read more
I came here for my daughters 12th birthday. The whole concept behind this restaurant is bizarre. Seeing them cook the food in the central grill was highly unappetizing. Service was slow and I had to ask many times for water. All in all, a restaurant that only children would like. I am baffled as to why this place is so popular.
As a family we go out once a year for family fun and dinner. I tried Fire & Ice once before with my husband and loved it, so we figured our family would too! We made reservations for the five of us after a show. That part worked out great! Dinner not so much! Very very crowded! Plates were not emptied from our table, drinks were very slow to come. I waited over 15 minutes for a glass of red wine. The server said the bar was backed up, no excuses, or even comp for that! The only job the server had was to clear table and get d... read more
