The problem was mainly the service. There was no way to get a hold of our server, or any server for that matter. We were consistently ignored, and what made it even worse was the fact that this was supposed to be special since we had a birthday in the group, my birthday. I turned 18 that day, and was hoping for a special surprise which I did request. When we sat and ate for lunch we were still charged the dinner price as well, which made our 4 person party cost 85$. This is more than even an average restaurant which this doe... read more

I took my family there this past Saturday for lunch (1:30pm) for my sons 19th birthday. We had to ask someone how it works, as nobody informed us. It was very busy, there were no lines or organization to the different food stations. My daughter (age 25) was so overwhelmed after standing in the pasta/grain area for 10 minutes she went back to the table and sat down. I too was extremely frustrated with rude customers, no lines and no direction. At the sauce station there was a young adult (early 20's) sticking his finger in ea... read more

Overpriced for poor food. Many choices but food is poorly cooked.

We always stop into Fire + Ice when we are in Boston. Usually the food and service is great, however this last visit was disappointing. We made a reservation and still had to wait almost 30 minutes after our scheduled reservation time (we got there 5 minutes early). The food was either overcooked or undercooked, the chefs didn't seem to be able to coordinate the cooking times.

This isn’t the ideal place for a laid back easy going person. It’s a food eating club. All you can eat, loud thumping music and flashing lights. I’ll never be eating here again. It’s pretty overpriced for what you get as well. Cheap food, poor quality meat at a premium because of quantity.

Its just not my cup of tea. I have allergies so my food couldn't even be cooked out front. I did not know I would have to wait on lines to get raw food. Looking at the steps up to the dining restaurant and floor in restaurant it was very dirty. Too loud. Really nothing I liked about it.

Definitely a tourist attraction because of the presentation and preparation of the food, not because the food itself is good. My friend and I don’t plan to visit again due to the bland food and crowded dining room. Seeing the check was also a shock given the subpar quality of the ingredients and experience.
