Since I was in high school I've loved fire and ice but it really isn't all it's cracked up to be. The Decor is blah and our booth was right next to a service station so we got to hear the servers complain about how they should be cut because of how slow it was all night. The grill guys are always fun and make the restuant most definately! I think maybe the restuant needs to change up the menu or a great idea maybe have papers on the table with suggestions to make certain dishes. Maybe I'm just growing out of the restuant. We had heard only good things about fire and ice but as soon as we walked up stairs we couldnt even hear eachother talking. It was very very crowded and they kept seating people where people were already sitting. The food was okay but not $20 a person. They put bacon on my cheeseburger without asking and the alfredo sauce on my pasta was very bland.

Arrived to my 6:15 reservation and told there were two large parties which would make it impossible to seat us upstairs for hours, and a 30-45 min wait to sit in the bar area downstairs. We were seated, and the service (drinks, check, etc) was slow and overall not good. The line upstairs for food was so overrun with the two huge parties we didn't want to go back up and wait AGAIN.

the food was so so. unevenly cooked and not very flavorful. the noise level way too high. perhaps you could alternate energetic music with some moment of silence so that people can hear each other when chatting around the table.

This place was a bit noisy and not that tasty. Not matched the ratings I hAve seen to chose this place. There are much better places in Boston for the money. A no go.

Parking was ridiculous to find, making us late for our reservation by 15 minutes. Because we were late and despite 50% of the restaurant tables being empty we were forced to eat downstairs by the bar. My daughter was on crutches and after our dinner was prepared had to use elevator which , without pushing any buttons, mysteriously took us to the basement and then stopped working. My wife and I got food positioning . The restaurant was really loud we couldn't hear each other . The line at the grill was long. I don't like how after the food is "cooked " all the food item gets mixed together into a plate. I would prefer if my meat and seafood was served separately

We had reservations and were called by the restaurant to see if we would bump our dinner 2 hours later than our reservation we had made weeks before because they had large groups coming in. We said we would come early but not that late as we were traveling from 2 hours away. We arrived around 3:45. The food was not replenished from lunch as they were setting up for dinner. My friends and i decided to go to fire and ice for dinner so we made a reservation at 6:45. We called right at 6:45 to let them know that we were going to be late, and the hostess said it was fine. Once we arrived, they said we would be called shortly so they told us to stand to the side. Several groups got called and we waited for a half hour (and we had reservations)!
