Mike is simply the top of the line. Trust me, I have personally experienced some of the the most unresponsive and inconsiderate in the business. Mike stands above the rest by abiding by his own high standards of customer service and meticulous attention to detail. New people come through my growing neighborhood constantly and they ask for tips for a smooth home buying process. I always point them in Mike's direction as I know they will be in good hands.
James, Sherry, and the whole team provided excellent service all around. I had a fast closing and everyone was able to get all the documentation together, answer my questions, and make a stressful situation much more pleasant. Also received a great rate. Charlie was great. He was willing to take my calls and talk over my questions. I even if I called on the weekend and he had no problem talking with me. Very responsive to emails and smoothly facilitated my VA loan.
