Mariel Robbins was highly recommended by our realtor. And I'm glad that we went ahead with her recommendations. It was great working with Mariel. She went an extra mile calling the listing agent of the house that we wanted. To add to that, there was a delay with the closing of the selling of our old property but she was still able to make things happen for us to close on time with the new property that we were buying. Not to mention the awesome interest rate that we got too! Thanks Mariel!

John and his team were excellent to work with. Hiis associate Todd was readily available to answer questions along the way and others (underwriter, etc.) were patient with my novice base knowledge throughout the process. They were able to keep everything on schedule to close on my initial closing date. The entire team was professional, knowledgeable, and an all around pleasure to interact with.

Michael was able to help me navigate an excruciatingly long HPAP process. From the beginning he walked me through some of the pain points associated with HPAP and set my expectations for everything from the pre-approval through settlement. Michael was always there when I needed and we were able to successfully close on time. Highly recommend.

I used Mariel to refinance my home. She made the entire process go smoothly. Even when there was a problem with the title company at closing, Mariel advocated for us not to have any additional fees. I would highly recommend Mariel for any of your lending needs.

I had such a great experience, although it was stressful at times. Jane made sure to answer all of my questions, and if she didn’t have answer, she would research and get back to me. As a first time homebuyer this was scary but First Heritage made it such a smooth transition. I’m super thankful! I would recommend Jane and First Heritage to anyone looking for a great and fair lender! Thank you again.

Lindsay was such a pleasure to work with. She responded very quickly to any question, and her e-mails to me were always encouraging and respectful.
