There is no one more knowledgeable or helpful than James. He was extremely fast when responding to the many questions that we had since we were first time homebuyers. He took the time to make sure we understood what we’re getting ourselves into and really worked with us to get the best deal possible going with anybody else but him would be a tragedy

I went into this process as a first time homebuyer and had no clue as to how the mortgage process works. Pre-approval to submitting an offer and getting all the paperwork figured out. Getting final approval from the bank and arranging the wire transfer before closing, I had sooo many questions. The worst part was this all happened at the outbreak and shutdown as a result of covid-19. I’m in construction and still worked through it all, Mariel was awesome and answered my phone calls and text messages at 7, 8 o’clock at night.... read more

Throughout the whole process everyone from first heritage was great and very helpful. They were able to help us secure a great rate and even helped us lock in an even better rate for our mortgage. Whenever we hit a bump along the process (homeowners insurance, HOA paperwork) they were quick to call up the company on our behalf and get it squared away quickly. Overall couldn’t have been happier and couldn’t recommend a better company to work with.

This is my second home purchase and she assisted me greatly with the second purchase. She advised me for refinance and I went with it. Throughout the refinance, it was a much easier process and I'm thoroughly satisfied with everything! I would highly recommend!

My experience was one that required a perhaps unusual amount of patience and guidance. Even though I did not consider myself a novice to the process, the changes in requirements since my last processing for a loan were an exercise in frustration for me and probably annoyance for Jane Han's staff. I'm sure the ratings for this customer (me) would not be very positive but they hung in there with me without displaying the annoyance they were probably feeling and did so without condescension.
