Charlie was extremely helpful and patient. Our situation had a lot of moving parts and curve balls and Charlie approached each one professionally and efficiently. He took the time to answer my (many) questions, and made the process less stressful than I expected as a first time home buyer. Would highly recommend Charlie to anyone I know.

Mike Carney assisted my fiancé and I throughout the whole home buying process. We were both first time home buyers so in general it can be a stressful process. John and his team were excellent to work with. Hiis associate Todd was readily available to answer questions along the way and others (underwriter, etc.) were patient with my novice base knowledge throughout the process. They were able to keep everything on schedule to close on my initial closing date. The entire team was professional, knowledgeable, and an all around pleasure to interact with.
