Charlie was great. He was willing to take my calls and talk over my questions. I even if I called on the weekend and he had no problem talking with me. Very responsive to emails and smoothly facilitated my VA loan.
I was still stuck abroad because of COVID when I decided to buy my new home. I never thought that I could still get a loan and purchase my dream little place remotely, but with Jeff and his wonderful team, we surmounted all the challenges.
