We were about 2 weeks away from our closing date, and the lender we had chosen had confirmed via email that they would be able to do a better rate, only to filp flop on that a few days later, and we felt very manipulated. Being a first time buyer I was not sure what to expect. Mariel provided a great experience for me. She was professional and incredibly knowledgeable. Loan details were clearly explained and my questions/concerns quickly answered.
As a first time home buyer there is always a bit of anxiety and nervousness about the process. But with John and his team the process was seamless, extremely professional and made the experience of purchasing my first home absolutely beautiful.
