First Heritage made a stressful experience (buying a home) so much easier. First they offered me a great interest rate, and gave me the option of “Locking It In.” So I ended up with a great rate even after rates started to climb. My husband and I had a great experience working with Jeffrey and his team at First Heritage Mortgage. They made the impossible possible! And got the best rate!!! Very knowledgable and plesant to work with. The process was explained throughly and the follow up emails of what to expect next helped us tremendously. When our realtor recommended Jeffrey early in the process, we were very apprehensive because we wanted to go with our own bank. But we are glad that we listened and it paid off! Job well done!

I contact First Heritage and Mr. Neilsen responded right back and provided all the information I needed to start the process with my first home. Mr. Nelisen answered all questions and made me feel great with my decision of going with First Heritage. Now I feel like a veteran knowing more then when I started the process. I will say this, I think that Jeffery and his team did do a good job getting me a good loan and a good rate but the service was not good. I was only able to speak to Jeffrey twice the rest of the time his "team" answered his phone or returned my calls. He set up a call and then never called one time. Every time I had a question or a deadline was missed the answer was just sorry we are busy. Like I said I believe I got a good loan but I received less than satisfactory service.

We were in the busiest time in mortgage history and with 3 years of past clients calling to lower their rates, I was not as available as most buyers experience. Jeffrey and his team were great! I actually recommended them to my brother while I was in the middle of my home buying process with them. Jeffrey is very knowledgeable and great at managing expectations. I was a first time home buyer so a lot of the numbers did not make sense to me but Jeff and his team were very communicative the entire process. I will definitely come back!

The entire team at First Heritage walked me through every step of my most recent refi.
