James was recommended to me by my agent. She suggested I go with a local lender because they'd be more responsive. Boy was she right. As soon as you express interest to James, he and his team send you welcome emails and allow you to use their app. The app made it easy for me to upload/retrieve documents from anywhere whether it's at home or at work. Whitney was the most professional and knowledgable lender. No issues with a VA loan and she provided a lower rate than expected! She was very quick to respond to any questions and there wasn't anything she didn't answer. She is very thorough and understanding of our situation.
