I will say this, I think that Jeffery and his team did do a good job getting me a good loan and a good rate but the service was not good. I was only able to speak to Jeffrey twice the rest of the time his "team" answered his phone or returned my calls. He set up a call and then never called one time. Every time I had a question or a deadline was missed the answer was just sorry we are busy. Like I said I believe I got a good loan but I received less than satisfactory service.

We were in the busiest time in mortgage history and with 3 years of past clients calling to lower their rates, I was not as available as most buyers experience. Jeffrey and his team were outstanding. They were always there to answer any questions. Jeffrey and his team members explained every step of the process very clearly. They made this process easy and smooth. I didn’t have to worry about anything. Everything was done ahead of the time. The team members were professional. I highly recommend them. Jeffrey and his team were great! I actually recommended them to my brother while I was in the middle of my home buying process with them. Jeffrey is very knowledgeable and great at managing expectations. I was a first time home buyer so a lot of the numbers did not make sense to me but Jeff and his team were very communicative the entire process. I will definitely come back!
