First Heritage made a stressful experience (buying a home) so much easier. First they offered me a great interest rate, and gave me the option of “Locking It In.” So I ended up with a great rate even after rates started to climb. Very knowledgable and plesant to work with. The process was explained throughly and the follow up emails of what to expect next helped us tremendously. When our realtor recommended Jeffrey early n the process, we were very apprehensive because we wated to go with our own bank. But we are glad that we listened and it paid off! Job well done!

I contact First Heritage and Mr. Neilsen responded right back and provided all the information I needed to start the process with my first home. Mr. Nelisen answered all questions and made me feel great with my decision of going with First Heritage. Now I feel like a veteran knowing more then when I started the process. If you are looking for a mortgage company that put their client(s) first, look no further. First Heritage will become like your second family.
