Cody and Beth were very helpful and friendly. Responded in a timely fashion. Average rate but we used an ohfa program so our rate was locked. Would highly recommend!

Working with Chris was amazing. The market is crazy right now so I was constantly in contact with Chris going over financials for many different properties over the few months that I was looking for a home. In this market, I never would have imagine being able to close BEFORE 30 days. Chris was so prompt about everything. We were on such a time crunch and I had spoken to 6 different lenders and Chris was the only person who was quick to respond (I mean within 5 minutes that’s how quick) which ultimately lead to our decision to go with him.
