I've worked with a couple lenders on investment properties, and had a very smooth close with Chris + Team. They have a streamlined system and were always very responsive with communication. They also have great referrals for insurance brokers, etc. Would recommend!

Worked with Corey Riddle on a new home purchase. he was very organized, very quick with feedback, and very transparent and upfront on costs and reasoning for fees.
