Cassandra from FUHF did excellent Job during my refinance process, she is more customer oriented and easily reachable Most of the time. She and her Lender do exceptional customer services, the refinancing process was easy and fast, my closing was done in maximum 25days. I highly recommend them.

Mary was a phenomenal woman to work with. She not only puts effort into her work she also puts in so much care. The house buying process isn’t easy but, she made our deal go through perfectly and my husband and I could not be more grateful.

Cody did an excellent job as a lender. He went above and beyond to make sure the deal went through. He consistently reached out to me if action was needed on my part and was always responsive when I had questions. Cody even made a personal trip to the property to ensure a hiccup was overcome prior to closing. I'd highly recommend Cody and fully plan on going through him and First Ohio Homes in the future.

Angie and Ashley were AMAZING to work with! As a first time homebuyer, they were very communicative and explained each step of the process thoroughly. They were quick to respond and were very good about following up with paperwork they needed to help complete the loan. At closing, Angie brought me a gift! It was a very personal experience and the staff at First Ohio Home helped me along at each step!
