Joanna was the representative that helped us establish a new joint savings account. She was wonderful. She was patient, courteous, and professional. I have been a customer since the 80s when it was SATCU. The reason I remain a customer is because of all your staff members. I have never had a bad experience throughout those many years.

I’ve always had great experiences with Firstmark but Mary Jane Rodriguez at 7218 Culebra was phenomenal. She was so invested in the entire process & just so positive and welcoming. Best customer service I’ve ever had. Truly appreciated.
