I'm still being charged for items never received. When I call I get the run around and then get told to call **** I call and they say the shipper needs to file a complaint. Which is flexshopper. They refuse but still take there weekly fee and an additional $4 the day after.
Bad customer service. ***** lost my package and they telling me I have to take care of that and continue paying for what I ordered
I was given ****** credit. The credit disappeared and now Im left with $14 credit. My account shows no please agreement. This company is a scam!!!!!
Spammed text come to my sister-in-law's phone because I only made an account with them 4 years ago...
Ive ordered an item form them and been making payment and the item has not shipped nor will the company give me tracking info I called like 10 times and been given the run around. I asked them to just refund me the order and they said when item ships just refuse it. They are so unprofessional it is beyond sad. Do not do any busy with them at all I literally am out of ***** dollars. And the customer service lies and gives fake tracking numbers
Bought a Smart watch and with in the first month of buying while still making payments the watch stopped working and no longer wanted to hold a charge. I contacted Flexshopper and was told there was nothing they could do but I still had to pay the watch off and was told to take my issue to the watch manufacturer which now I am without the watch it was sent to manufacturer and could not be fixed and out of the money I spent, still had to pay the watch off I no longer owe on the watch. These guys suck lol. They keep charging me late fees when I made arrangements over the phone. They charge you at weird times not specifically so they know they can charge you late fees. Today is Thursday and they charged me more late fees when it specifically said my payment wasn't due till Friday

Trying to get me to pay extra for a MacBook laptop that i already paid off, trying to tell me I still owe them $21 plus some change, but $25.01 has been coming out of my bank account since November of 2022. Tried to tell me they could only process half of the payment due on November 25th and then again on December 1st.
