So where do I begin..I went to a tire place to get a battery and alternator and radiator installed..I clearly had no money to come up with..the young man at the shop told me this is a reliable company..my leases started on June 10 and 12..the agreement is only ***** every week.. flexshopper has several overdrafted my checking account which I can prove where I owe money to my bank now..they are taking money out that I did not give permission to..if u set up a payment arrangement with them they call you the next day stating yo... read more

******* and **** are the Best employees of Flexshopper, please give these two a raise they both actually deserve it and actually do what is requested, not the other people I spoke with that said she don't transfer to people that I don't have the name of and told me just to pay and hang up and call again for another person. I'm glad to have no open lease now it's paid off excited to uninstall the app.

i order a microwave *** orderc a one that goes abve the stove *** wanted acounter top i ***** the first one *********************************************************************************** that i couldnt cancel that i had to take both by law i have the rite to cancel it all i want to do isto have a return lable sent to send it back nthey told me i had to pay send it back now its been in my garage since jan of 2023

Placed an order, on Monday. Canceled that order and placed a NEW order, on Tuesday. By Friday, I still had no information on my order and was charged for my current order AND the order I canceled!

Brought A tv from flex shopper fully paid for and after a few months, the TV just stopped working. I don’t know why no damage was done to it. It’s just that working. I wasn’t asking flex shopper to give me another TV. I just asked for the receipt. I contact these people multiple times and they keep telling me 7-10 business days I will get the receipt and nothing they keep giving me the runaround and come to think of it when I paid off the CV I never received the receipt.

This is the worst company that I have ever dealt with, and I have dealt with companies just as bad. For one, unless you have a weekly paycheck, this site isn't for you. They will not give you a choice to make your payments bi-weekly, semi-monthly, or monthly. Two, they will not work you if you lost your job or otherwise lost your source of income. Flexshopper went in to my account again without my permission I have no account with them my daughter does she used my card to pay a bill and flexshopper continue go in my account after I spoken with them on the phone the flexshopper customer argued with me and she have did it again.
