Customer service are idiots. Send me a tracking number that doesn't come up when I search. Customer service can't find it either but they already have taken 3 payments on it. Can't cancel it until I receive the package and send it back.

Sent me the wrong item I ordered a 256 gig phone and received the 128 gig, they won't adjust what I'm paying for a lesser model. It will take 2 weeks to return the item then I have to re order the correct item and hope they send the correct item. I ordered this for work and would have to wait like 3 weeks for a resolution. Would not work with me at all about resolving this

Would give ZERO stars if I could. Their 90 day same as cash is a lie. They will still debit your account because theyll show your payment as pending for an entire week so that they can say it hasnt posted & continue debiting your account. Then they will make up lies, excuses and put you on hold while they come up with another lie or excuse. Its better to just save up and buy want you need. They arent worth any stars! Unfortunately I have 2 leases with them. A few months in I started to notice them taking out double payments for each lease. Since they were doing that I called customer service to switch my payments to bi-weekly since they have been taking double payments to my surprise Im being told that I have to make 4 payments before they can switch the payments to bi-weekly or monthly, which contradicts their own policy. I dont recommend leasing from this crooked business.

I signed up for a lease. According to the Flexshopper site, under how it works Customer Benefits, it specifically states to contact customer service to setup either bi-weekly or monthly payments after receiving the first payment. Not to mention I am paying for an item that still is listed as pending after over a week, but still being charged for. Paid off 2 of my leases almost 2 weeks ago, still charging me for both weekly. Told I can not get the money back as they are still processing when one clearly says closed out. Given the run around and literally disconnected by one agent when I assume they knew what they were doing to me.

Tried to cancel prior to vendor confirmation of shipment which didn't happen. Then I tried to refuse delivery but they didn't even knock for a signature. I was thinking about maybe just keeping it, but they would not change my billing cycle to monthly stating that I have to make for weekly payments. However it doesn't mention that anywhere on their website or terns of use that there are conditions to changing your billing cycle. So where do I begin..I went to a tire place to get a battery and alternator and radiator installed..I clearly had no money to come up with..the young man at the shop told me this is a reliable company..my leases started on June 10 and 12..the agreement is only ***** every week.. flexshopper has several overdrafted my checking account which I can prove where I owe money to my bank now..they are taking money out that I did not give permission to..if u set up a payment arrangement with them they call you the next day stating yo... read more

Worst "service" and company ever. Agent is clueless ....took forever to respond and couldn't answer simple questions
