Floorz was amazing to work with, all the way from the beginning to the end . Everyone that I came in contact with was very helpful and so accommodating. Rob our sales person provided top notch customer service and Pat who installed our hardwood floors did an amazing job . We would definitely recommend them to anyone and will be using them in future as well.
Excellent work, however, they were not aware the carpet needed to be removed from the stairs, and we discussed this at length. However, the carpet is beautiful and the stairs were left in very good condition, clean-up thorough as well. Good company, dependable.
Floors was very professional and did an extremely high quality work work We are very impressed with the salesman, contractor and the customer service... Will definitely be our first option in the near future
Shopped around to 6 different floor places to get a wide look at different prices, financing and floor colors. staff was very helpful and patient with a lot of questions. The whole process was very easy with all steps being very well taken care of. they did price match a similar local company and had great 0% financing for 48 months which was the biggest factor for my final decision. Jenna from the Fairlawn office was amazing to work with. Val and Jared installed the LVP and did an amazing job. They caught a huge error and made sure the install was done right. A 2 day job turned into a 5 day job. They were on time every day (some days even earlier) They were respectful and cleaned up after themselves each day. Carpet installers were also great!

The experience at Floorz in Mayfield Heights, Ohio, was excellent from start to finish. James, the salesman, offered helpful and knowledgeable suggestions and was able to answer our questions on quality and durability. Once we made our selection on carpet, the installation was scheduled very quickly. The installers were efficient, polite, and did a great job. It was a spur of the moment decision to stop in the store, and we are glad we did. We will definitely use Flooz again.
The showroom staff was knowledgeable, helpful and professional. The service was prompt and efficient. The installation team did a fantastic job.
From start to finish an exceptional experience. In store, Amanda was helpful, offering opinions when asked and alternatives when necessary. Purchase was easy, quick turnaround to scheduling the measuring and installation. What they thought would be 2 days was only one - less than one week from a "we may as well stop in" chance visit to finished, beautiful carpeted area!!
