BUYER BEWARE!!!! Our solar journey started off great with lots of promises of lower electric bills and that it only takes 3.5 to 4 hours to generate the electricity usage for our home. We were told that 103% of our usage was going to be generated. We were promised a $1000 rebate that we have yet to see because it is still in approval mode. The latest is now they are behind in our reimbursement payment for October. They are quick to take my money, yet slow to give me the promised money. Got our solar panels in July. The install was by a local company (we're in **) and went well. The system is generating electricity but not as much as we were led to expect. My contract is for them to provide the first ************************************************** for the payment being deducted from my bank account by their financing partner, Mosaic. Started off with great customer service, but I have not had any customer, service in several months after multiple attempts. I have yet to get sp much as an email or a call back for my solar production, also I've cancelled in writing 5 times my security monitoring, the system came free with the install and had a free trial that I needed to cancel and I did 5 times now, but I continue to get a monthly bill. Unsatisfied at this point.

I hate to give negative reviews. I can admit when I am in the wrong and when I misunderstood something or someone, however this isn't the case this time. We just got solar, actually hasn't started yet. But we were told by the sales person, that when they come to put in the insulation that they would take out the old insulation and put in the new insulation. Fluent has been one of the most difficult companies I have worked with. Obviousy the salesman that came out was very personable and said everything that needed to be said, to get the sale. This sale included Fluent reimbursing us monthly payments for 18 months. It has been like pulling teeth trying to get Fluent to comply with THIER contract. I have many many emails to *** front Fluent trying to resolve this, but they seem to refuse to comply. I have done everything to resolve this at the lowest level, even asking my lawyers... read more

Sales rep was great. Install went well. Had the system just shy of a year and the inverter went out. It has now been two months of no response from anyone. My husband and I spent 2 weeks calling, emailing, online chat option and texting and got zero response for two weeks. Finally we got through and was told they ordered an inverter. We got it at out home 2 weeks later. It's been a month of no solar at this point and still paying the loan. Took another 2 weeks of trying to get a hold of someone. The sales rep was great, but that's where the good stops. My system has been installed and turned on for over 2 months. It has never produced power. Called customer service and got the run around. I was told they were booked more than a month out and they could only book a month out. Then I was told they had no one in the entire state to come look at my system. Everytime I call I get the same excuses. Meanwhile, I have to pay for the system. They were gracious enough to tell me they were going to reimburse me my loan payment... read more

This place is not legit. I applied for a sales position in indeed. Interviewed and was hired. I did the onboarding and gave them all my personal info. Being a commission only job the required one week of zoom training was NOT paid, I passed my exams and was told the local field manager would reach out the next day for training schedule. He did not do i reached out to him. Text and called a couple times. NEVER heard from anyone to start. Whole place is a joke and waste of time. ****% do not recommend applying to them.

Even though the process of getting equipment installed was slow and drawn out, once the equipment was install, it worked great, but only for a few months. My solar system has not been operational for over 2 months now and I have paid Fluent Solar my deductible for a service call, but no one can say when if ever some one will be available to service my system. **************** continues to give me the run around and there is absolutly no support after the sale. Extremely disappointed with Fluent Solar!
